Just wanted to drop you a line to say how impressed I am with your service. I ordered my Harris tweed jacket Friday afternoon, and received it before 10 o'clock saturday morning, how good is that ! As for the jacket, well let's just say it exceeded my expectations. It is absolutely mint. I was only buying a second hand jacket to throw on with a sweater and a pair of old jeans, but I might have to re-think and use it for work in the winter. You honestly could not tell it was over 50 years old; apart from obviously the cut and fabric of the suit, which was much superior to anything I have seen in stores at the moment, and believe me I looked everywhere for a classically-designed dinner jacket! When I took it to the tailors to get altered, they were all impressed with the quality and condition of the suit, and with only relatively minor alterations it really does look as if it was made for me."
