 **NEXT DAY DELIVERY UPGRADE (Delivery weekdays only) -  available for UK single item orders @ £4.95 and multiple item orders @ £9.95.  Orders must be placed by 2pm Monday - Friday, orders placed outside of these times will be sent next working day. Orders over 2kg will be sent via 24HR delivery service . We cannot guarantee delivery times of item or be held responsible for items arriving late due to postal service .During weekends/ holiday periods / bank holidays items will be sent out next working day.


OVERSEAS SHIPPING COSTS ;
Overseas buyers please note: The maximum weight that can be sent in a single shipment is 2kg. If your item(s)  are above this weight then it will require multiple parcels to be sent.  Please contact us if you require assistance. Please note that some countries will charge customs & excise duty on goods, please check if you are unsure.

Delivery
We offer FREE UK DELIVERY (Mainland only) so no matter how many items you order the postage is free !  Most items are sent 1st class recorded / International signed for via Royal Mail. Please ensure someone is available to sign. If your item(s) cannot be delivered and the item is returned to us then postage will need to be paid again. Larger UK orders will be sent parcel force 48hr & will also require a signature.

1st class recorded usually arrives within 1 -3 days in the UK. However at peak times may take longer. If after 5 - 7 days your item has not  arrived then please drop us a line & contact your local office. If delivery has been attempted but has been unsuccessful then a card SHOULD be left but isn't always. Contact your local post office as it may be there.  RM state 15 days before losses are admitted within UK, so if your item has not arrived within this time please let us know and we can send you an RM claim form. Once received back we will refund fully and take it up with RM.
